Rhapsody is the latest online music service to try to take a piece of the action from iTunes, as it announces its new MP3 store featuring DRM-free tracks which can be played on iPod, as well as other portable music players.
Apple just got some new competition from online music provider Rhapsody, which is now making its music library available in MP3 format through a brand-new music download store, meaning songs can be transferred to an Apple iPod.
Since the release of the iPod, the market has flooded with accessories ranging from the mundane to the radical. All are meant to further incorporate the tiny device into another aspect of daily life. Many of these add-ons are innovative solutions for common problems. Others are just gimmicks targeting consumers with a taste for silly novelty items.
