I recently tried out the Nike + iPod Sport Kit, a $30, two-piece wireless system that beams running data from a small device in your shoes to Apple's definitive, diminutive digital music player. An oval-shaped transmitter fits into the bottom of specifically designed Nike shoes -- which typically cost about $99 -- inside a little nook underneath the inner padding.
